The sauna crystals from Sauna OMC come in a handy resealable package that takes up little space. We recommend not dosing with your fingers, as the crystals contain pure menthol which tends to dissolve a little on your fingers as soon as you put them in a warm hand (which is not at all pleasant if you happen to rub your forehead afterwards). However, it is perfectly fine to pour carefully directly from the bag.
If you have not used sauna crystals before, we recommend starting carefully, as they have good properties. However, if you have been generous with crystals in your bucket, a tip is to close your eyes when the first wave of ice comes, as it is usually the strongest.
