How to use

  1. Heat the sauna to the desired temperature, 70-90°C
  2. Mix 5-10 drops of oil in 1 liter of water
  3. Pour the mixture over the sauna stones with a ladle
  4. Inhale deeply and enjoy the aroma

Dosage

Start with 5 drops to find your preferred intensity. Increase as needed.

Storage

Store in a dark and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Reseal well after use.
