How to use Sauna Crystals

Dissolve 1–2 teaspoons of crystals in a bucket of water. Then slowly pour over the sauna stones. Avoid placing the crystals directly on the stones, as they melt quickly and can create too much steam.

Store the bag at room temperature. Do not use the product in the sauna for extended periods of time in its original packaging.
