Instructions

How to use

Heat the sauna to the desired temperature, 70-90°C
Take 1-2 teaspoons of sauna crystals
Sprinkle over the sauna stones or mix in 1 liter of water
Breathe deeply and enjoy the intense menthol scent

Dosage

1-2 teaspoons per session is sufficient. Start with a smaller amount and increase as needed for a stronger effect.

Storage

Reseal the bag immediately after use. Store in a dry and cool place, avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
