Our menthol crystals are 100% pure and natural, made from peppermint oil through a careful crystallization process. Menthol is produced by isolating the distillation of peppermint oil, followed by cooling to form crystals.

The crystals contain pure menthol and a fresh mint scent that stimulates both body and mind.
The bag is stored at room temperature, avoid using the bag for a long time as the melting point of the crystals is between 42-45 degrees.

Dosage

Take a small amount (about 1 spice measure) and place them in a scoop of water. For a milder effect, start with a smaller amount and adjust as needed. Only a few crystals are needed to create an intense and long-lasting scent.

Correct dosage

Use menthol crystals in small amounts, as they are highly concentrated.

Dilution

Avoid applying menthol crystals directly to the skin without diluting them first, as they can be very strong and cause irritation. Mix these with a scoop of water.
