How to use

1. Heat the sauna to the desired temperature, 70-90°C
2. Take 1-2 teaspoons of sauna crystals
3. Sprinkle over the sauna stones or mix in 1 liter of water
4. Inhale deeply and enjoy the intense menthol scent

Dosage

1-2 teaspoons per session is sufficient. Start carefully with a smaller amount and increase as needed for a stronger effect.
