How to use the kit

This kit contains both sauna crystals and sauna oils. You can use them individually or combine them for a richer sauna experience.

Sauna Oils

1. Fill a sauna ladle with water
2. Add 2-5 drops of oil
3. Stir and pour the mixture over the sauna stones
4. Enjoy the aroma spreading through the sauna

Sauna Crystals

1. Heat the sauna to the desired temperature
2. Take 1-2 teaspoons of sauna crystals
3. Sprinkle over the sauna stones or mix in 1 liter of water
4. Inhale the intense aroma

Combine scents

You can mix several oils in the same ladle for a personalized scent experience. Start carefully with 1-2 drops of each to find your favorite combination.

Dosage

• Oils: 2-5 drops per ladle of water
• Crystals: 1-2 teaspoons per session

Start cautiously and increase if needed.

Storage
