Instructions

How to use

Heat the sauna to the desired temperature, 70-90°C
Mix 5-10 drops of oil in 1 litre of water
Pour the mixture over the sauna stones with a ladle
Inhale deeply and enjoy the scent

Dosage

Start with 5 drops to find your preferred intensity. Increase if needed.

Storage

Store in a dark, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Reseal well after use.
