The sauna hat protects your scalp and hair from intense heat. Your head is the most heat-sensitive part of your body, and without protection, you risk dizziness and dry hair during longer sauna sessions. With the hat, you can enjoy longer and more comfortably.

  • Reshape the hat and let air dry flat
  • Avoid tumble drying and high heat, which can shrink the wool
  • Store dry between uses
