How to assemble

1. Place the sauna tent on a flat surface indoors or outdoors
2. Unfold the frame according to the included instructions
3. Connect the steam generator and fill with water (max 2 liters)
4. Connect to a 230 V power outlet

How to use

1. Turn on the steam generator via the handheld control unit
2. Select the desired heat level between 1-9
3. Wait 10-20 minutes for heating
4. Step into the sauna tent and start your session
5. Enjoy a relaxing steam session

Start with 15-20 minutes per session as a beginner. Gradually increase up to 30-45 minutes as your body gets used to it. The maximum capacity is 99 minutes per session.

Enhance the experience

Add 2-5 drops of sauna oil or a pinch of menthol crystals to the steam generator's water for an aromatic experience. This opens up the airways and enhances the scent in the tent.

Care

Empty the steam generator after each use. Let the sauna tent air dry completely before folding it for storage. Clean the inside regularly with a damp cloth.

Safety

Always use the steam generator with water in it. Never leave the sauna tent unattended during use. Ensure good ventilation in the room. Keep out of reach of children. Never bathe for longer than 99 minutes per session.
