How to use

1. Heat the sauna to the desired temperature, 70-90°C
2. Mix 5-10 drops of oil in 1 liter of water
3. Pour the mixture over the sauna stones with a ladle
4. Breathe deeply and enjoy the scent

Dosage

Start with 5 drops to find your preferred intensity. Increase if necessary.

Store in a dark, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Reseal well after use.
