How to assemble
- Unpack the ice bath
- Insert the 8 support poles into the outer layer. Push the rounded part in first so that the flat part rests against the ground or floor.
- Inflate the outer ring with the included hand pump.
- Place on a flat surface indoors, outdoors, or in a gym environment.
How to fill
- Connect the water hose to the nozzle on the back of the bath's exterior.
- Use the included adapter to minimize leakage.
- Fill to the recommended level (260 liters) or a maximum of 375 liters.
- Add ice for maximum effect.
- Seal the nozzle on both the outside and inside to prevent water from leaking out.
It is also possible to fill the ice bath directly with a shower nozzle or hose.
How to bathe
- Sit in the bath for 1-3 minutes, gradually increasing if needed.
- Use daily or after training for optimal effect.
- Exit slowly to avoid dizziness.
- Warm up the body afterward with a warm drink or sauna.

Start with 30 seconds to 1 minute as a beginner. Gradually increase up to 3-5 minutes once the body has adjusted. Use daily or after training for optimal effect.
How to empty
On the underside of the ice bath, there is a small drainage hole where you can empty the water. It is also possible to drain through the nozzle where you fill the water.
Care
Empty regularly during longer periods of non-use. Clean with a mild detergent. Protect from direct sun and high heat when not in use. Do not leave the ice bath outdoors at temperatures below -20°C.
Safety
Never bathe alone as a beginner. Avoid if you have heart problems without consulting a doctor. Exit slowly to avoid dizziness. Warm up the body afterward with a warm drink or sauna. Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
