How is the installation done?
  • Wake up the ice bath
  • Put the 8 support posts in the outer layer, there is a small loop on the outer layer where you press the rounded part in first so that the flat part of the stick rests against the ground/floor.
  • Inflate the outer ring
How do you fill and empty the ice bath?

Refill

  • On the back of the outside of the bath there is a small opening that can be easily connected with a water hose along with a transition that is included to minimize leakage when filling.
  • The mouth can be sealed on the outside and inside of the ice bath to prevent water from leaking out.
  • It is also possible to fill the ice bath correctly with a shower nozzle or hose.

Drainage

  • On the underside of the ice bath there is a small drainage hole where you can empty the water, but it is also possible to drain through the opening where you fill the water.
Can the ice bath be placed outdoors?

Yes, because the material consists of 5 layers of insulation, the cold/heat stays in. Our ice bath is built from the most durable material on the market, which makes it safe for wind, water and heat, where the risk of leakage is completely excluded.

The ice bath also comes with a lid that is easy to put on and take off.

Will I be able to fit in the ice bath?

The product is designed so that you who are up to 2.10m can swim without problems. Good spaciousness and quality tested so that a person who is 180cm tall has his head under water when sitting down. Maximum capacity 375 liters.
